Jennifer Ellefsen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an award-winning Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic specialist, educator, and entrepreneur. As the founder and owner of Elle Aesthetics, established in 2019, Jennifer has built one of Utah’s premier medical aesthetics practices, known for delivering natural-looking results through advanced injectables, medical-grade skincare, wellness, weight loss, and hormone optimization.
Recognized as a 2026 Utah Valley 40 Under 40 Honoree, Jennifer is celebrated for her leadership, innovation, and impact on both the aesthetics industry and her local community. She is also a multi-year Best of Utah Valley award-winning provider and is passionate about raising the standard of aesthetic medicine through education, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.
With a strong clinical background in Emergency Medicine, Jennifer brings an unwavering commitment to patient safety, precision, and evidence-based practice to every treatment she performs. As a Trainer, she provides advanced injector education and one-on-one mentorship, helping fellow medical professionals elevate their skills and confidence.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Jennifer now proudly calls Utah home, where she balances life as a wife, mother, business owner, and mentor. Whether she’s helping patients look and feel their best, training the next generation of injectors, or leading her growing team at Elle Aesthetics, Jennifer is driven by a passion for empowering others to become the most confident version of themselves.

With a background in acute care, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge to the injectables field. Jennifer proactively seeks out continuing education opportunities to increase her knowledge base in the aesthetics field. Jennifer shares the industry’s passion for providing safe and effective aesthetic treatments creating natural-looking results. Jennifer is married with five children. She enjoys outdoor activities, shopping, and travel.

Cheryl is our Guest Services Specialist/Receptionist. She joined our team in early 2022. She is passionate about quality and effective treatments that create natural-looking results for herself and her patients. She is married and loves to travel and spend time with her family.
Hannah, LME
Lead Master Esthetician
Hannah is a Licensed Master’s Esthetician who received her degree from Skin Science Institute in Orem, UT. She is passionate about helping others feel good in their skin and feels good about themselves. She has a vast knowledge of esthetics and a deep understanding of what it takes to help people achieve their skin goals. Hannah actively seeks continued education with local professional skincare representatives to be able to provide her clients with the most up-to-date and beneficial skincare regimens. Hannah is married and enjoys concerts and traveling with friends and family.
Kendall,
Master Esthetician
Kendall is one of our master estheticians who graduated esthetics school in April of 2023 from Acaydia. She is our certified acne expert and lash extension technician. Her favorite services include BBL HEROic/Moxi, BioRePeel, brows/lashes, and Hydrafacial. Kendall loves result driven treatments, and enjoys helping her clients achieve their dream skin. She enjoys continuing her education and constantly growing her knowledge in treatments and skin care so she can give our clients the most beneficial treatment and recommendations as possible.

Vanessa has been a nurse for 10+ years with experience in Labor & Delivery and has been in the Aesthetic field for 3 years. She is married with three daughters. In her free time she loves piano, skiing, and adventuring with her family.

Master Esthetician
Mallory is our Master Esthetician at our Heber Location with 15+ years of experience in med spas. Her favorite services include facials and skin lasers. She loves to spend time outdoors with her family and loves to cook.
Jane, Nurse Practitioner
Functional Medicine Provider, Hormone and Weight loss Specialist
Jane is a Family Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Utah for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice. Jane’s interest in nutrition started prior to starting nursing school, while completing her Nutrition minor. She recognized early on in her training that tailored nutrition, quality sleep, daily body movement, and stress management tools are integral to health and feeling our best. Jane is passionate about personalized health and wellness across the lifespan. Patient education is of high priority, as she believes in empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health.
Hadlie, Esthetician
Hadlie was born and raised in Heber city, Utah! She enjoys spending time outdoors, with family, traveling and fitness. She completed her Basic Esthetician education in November of 2023 at Skin Science Institute in Orem, UT and is passionate about all things lashes, brows and skin care!
